Developer Fees
Developer fees are collected by school districts to help offset the impact of new residential and commercial/industrial construction on local school facilities. These fees are typically required as a condition for receiving a building permit from the city or county.
Fees for construction within the boundaries of the Cypress School District are processed by the Anaheim Union High School District and split equally between the two districts.
