Meals, foods, and beverages served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All items are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet their health and nutrition needs.
School meals are served to students under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. Following the nutrition guidelines prescribed by the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, we serve whole grain-rich products, a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, low and fat-free milk, and 100% fruit and/or vegetable juices.
