Currently Enrolled Students

If your child is currently attending a Cypress School District school (Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 6), please contact your child's school directly to request student records.

Students Who Are No Longer Enrolled

If your child has matriculated or is no longer enrolled in the district, please complete a Request for Student Permanent Record Information form to obtain student records. The form can be submitted to the Educational Services department at 5816 Corporate Avenue, Suite 100, Cypress, CA 90630.
