Goal 1: Student Achievement
Provide a rigorous and well-rounded educational program that effectively meets the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students in a warm and supportive learning environment to ensure student success.
Strategies
1.1 Implement a comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Support that ensures all students consistently receive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports appropriate for their level of need.
1.2 Provide all students with enriched learning experiences and a well-rounded educational program.
1.3 Engage staff in professional learning to support the use of evidence-based practices.
1.4 Use assessment data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
Goal 2: Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with educational partners by fostering open communication and providing oppor¬tunities for meaningful engagement to support the success of all students.

2.1 Promote meaningful participation, collaboration, and the free exchange of ideas.
2.2 Provide parents with information and resources to support their child’s school success.
2.3 Partner with community groups and local organizations to support the educational program.
Goal 3: Resource Management
Ensure responsible and strategic use of fiscal and human resources to support the success of all students.

3.1 Align fiscal resources to support district goals and priorities, including those in the Local Control and Accountability Plan.
3.2 Evaluate and monitor implementation of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program using student participation and parent feedback metrics.
3.3 Attract and retain highly skilled staff through a well-articulated system that includes innovative recruitment methods.
3.4 Protect the financial health of the district through effective budget management.
Goal 4: School Safety
Promote and protect physical and emotional safety on school campuses to support an optimal environment for learning and student success.

4.1 Maintain district facilities and school grounds to safeguard the well-being of students and staff.
4.2 Uphold standards for student and staff conduct and effectively address unsafe behaviors.
4.3 Utilize consistent processes for addressing school safety concerns.
