LCFF requires school districts to work with educational partners to develop a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), which explains how the district's goals, actions, services, and expenditures will meet the needs of English learners, low-income students, and foster youth. The LCAP must also address how these goals, actions, services, and expenditures will meet each of the state’s eight priority areas: basic services, state standards, parent involvement, student achievement, student engagement, school climate, course access, and other student outcomes.
The LCAP requires school districts to gather input from students, teachers, parents, and community members to determine the goals, actions, and budget priorities for the district. If you are a parent/guardian, district partner, or community member, please take a moment to provide us with your input by completing the 2022/23 LCAP Educational Partners Input Survey.
The survey will remain open through January 6, 2023.
